LOCK & GO TERMS OF USE

By renting a locker, you agree to the following:

Use at Your Own Risk
Finest, LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items stored in lockers. Guests assume all risk for items placed inside. Use of a locker does not create a bailment or custodial relationship. Finest, LLC does not take possession or control of stored items.

Prohibited Items
Guests may not store illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, perishable goods, or any item that may pose a safety risk or nuisance, unless disclosed to Finest, LLC and mutually agreed upon in advance. Finest, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at its discretion. Finest, LLC also reserves the right to inspect, open, or remove contents of any locker at any time for safety, security, or operational reasons.

Limited Duration
Lockers are for same-day or event use only. Any items left after the event shall be forfeited to Finest, LLC. Items left in lockers after the event may be considered abandoned and may be removed, stored, or disposed of at the sole discretion of Finest, LLC.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for securing their locker and safeguarding their access code. Finest, LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised codes. If a guest forgets their code, proof of ownership may be required before access is granted.
